Remorse 慙愧

無明煩悩の暮らしを無自覚におくる私、阿弥陀如来の光(教え)に照らされると慙愧のほかありません。

Unconsciously I am living each day in spiritual darkness and ignorance. And it is only when I become aware of my condition through the Light of Amida’s Teaching that I am full of remorse.
